江苏省杨树几种滑刃目线虫种类记述

摘　　要：自2008年6～11月,于江苏省镇江市、扬州市、淮安市、连云港市、苏州市和无锡市采集的108份杨树根系、根际土壤和茎部样品中,共鉴定出滑刃目线虫5种,分别是裂片真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus sparsus)、螺旋滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides helicus)、林伯滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides limberi)、哈克滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides haguei)和柠檬长尾线虫(Seinura citri)。其中,裂片真滑刃线虫、螺旋滑刃线虫、哈克滑刃线虫和柠檬长尾线虫为江苏省新记录种,同时发现杨树为这4种线虫的新寄主。Five species of Aphelenchida nematodes were identified in 108 samples collected from the roots, rhizosphere soil and stem of poplar tree from Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Huai＇an, Lianyungang, Suzhou and Wuxi city of Jiangsu Province from June to November in 2008, i. e. Aphelenchus sparsus, Aphelenchoides helicus, Aphelenchoides /imberi, Aphelenchoides haguei and Seinura citri. Among those nematodes, Aphelenchus sparsus, Aphelenchoides helicus, Aphe/enchoides haguei and Seinura cirri were species of new records in Jiangsu Province, and the poplar tree was new host of the four species.
