摘  要:在大量调研的基础上,通过分析碱减量废水来源、水质特点、产生的环境问题及废水处理的难点,结合碱减量废水资源化技术发展现状、技术应用情况、处理设备成套化水平及在应用中存在的问题,认为从碱减量废水中回收对苯二甲酸具有可行性和必要性。建议国家和地方在纺织产业结构调整过程中,通过制定技术政策和加强环境监督,引导企业积极对碱减量废水进行回收,实现环境、经济和社会的可持续发展。The sources, water quality characteristics of alkali-reduction wastewater, its environmental issues and the difficulties of wastewater treatment were analyzed, based on a large number of investigations. Combined with the development and application status of resource recovery technologies, the complete set level of treatment equipment, and the problems in their application, the feasibility and necessity of recycling terephthalic acid from alkali-reduction wastewater were pointed out. It was suggested that national and local governments should guide enterprises to actively recycle alkali-reduction wastewater through technical policies and strict management in the process of textile industrial structure adjustment, in order to achieve the environmental, economic and social sustainable development.
