用乙烯和氯化氢生产氯乙烯工艺研究

摘　　要：文章就无氯碱装置的情况下以乙烯和氯化氢为原料生产氯乙烯,从反应机理、流程设置论证了技术方案的可行性,从原料、公用工程消耗、投资、综合生产成本等方面分析了该工艺的经济性。经论证分析,认为以乙烯和氯化氢为原料生产氯乙烯的工艺是可行的、原料成本低、公用工程消耗少、工程投资抵、效益更好,不用配套建设烧碱装置。Concerning the technical proposal of taking ethylene and HCl as raw material for VCM production without any caustic soda plant,this article demonstrates its feasibility from aspects of reaction mechanism and flow configuration,and analyzes its economical efficiency from aspects of raw material,utility consumption,investment and comprehensive production cost.The results show that this process is easible.It has advantages of low cost of raw material, low utility consumption,low investment and high benefits,and there is no need to build any supporting caustic soda plant.
