摘　　要：结合某油田地面工程改扩建项目中水管道系统的选材设计,介绍了FBE内(Fusion Bonded Ep-oxy)涂敷管道的开发、应用情况以及其选用依据,并结合项目实际设计、选择了合理的FBE涂层现场补口涂料、直管环焊缝补口机器人、支管连接补口设计。Combined with piping material selection for water systems in an oilfield surface facility expansion project,this article generally introduces the development and application of FBE internal coated piping, and rationally selects site FBE coat repair,such as proper repair material,repair robot for straight pipe, and repair design for branch connection based on engineering practice.
