摘  要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(N220)以及不同结构的小分子二元醇扩链剂为主要原料,合成了一系列具有不同结构的醇溶性聚氨酯。示差扫描量热和热重测试显示,以一缩二乙二醇为扩链剂的聚氨酯T1最低,耐热性最差;以乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、己二醇为扩链剂的聚氨酯T1依次上升;耐热性能依次降低。透射电镜测试表明,醇溶性聚氨酯是聚氨酯的乙醇分散体,且粒径分布在40-80nm。A series of alcohol-soluble polyurethanes with different structure was synthesized using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDl),polyether diol (N220) and different small molecular chain extenders as the main materials.The alcohol-soluble polyurethane for using diglycol as the small molecular chain extender had the lowest glass transition temperature and poorest thermostability according to differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry.The glass transition temperatureof polyurethanes with glycol,1,4-butyl glycol or hexanedid as the chain entender rose in turn and the thermostability decreased in turn.Transmission electron microscopy test showed that the alcohol-soluble polyurethane was a polyurethanedispersionin,and the particle size was from 40nm to 80 nm.
