福州地区8872例宫颈液基细胞学检查分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州地区妇女宫颈病变状况,达到对宫颈癌的预防和早期诊断。方法采用泰普液基细胞学(TCT)检查分析2011年1～5月到我院体检中心做过妇科TCT项目体检的8872名女性。结果 8 872名女性TCT检查中,其中ASC-US:106例,占1.2%;ASC-H:11例占0.12%;AGC:5例,占0.06%;LSIL:31例,占0.35%;HSIL:6例,占0.07%。结论液基细胞学检查提高了细胞学诊断的准确性,达到早期诊断以及早期治疗的目的 。Objective To analyze women＇s cervix lesion condition in region of Fuzhou,and to prevent cervial cancer in early period.Methods Inspectional analysis 8872 females who had checked TCT in department of obstetrics and gynecology item in physical examination center of our hospital from January to May in 2011.Results In 8872 cases,106 cases of ASC-US account for 1.2%,11 cases of ASC-H account for 0.12%,5 cases of AGC account for 0.06%,31 cases of LSIL account for 0.35% and 6 cases of HSIL account for 0.07%.Conclusions Thinprep cytologic test improves the diagnostic accuracy of cytology,so as to achieve early diagnosis and treatment purposes.
