摘　　要：结合现行《合同法》第四十九条和最高人民法院《关于当前形势下审理民商事合同纠纷案件若干问题的指导意见》的有关规定,通过对代理权表象的客观形成和相对人善意无过失要件的考察,以类型化的方式分析了项目经理各种典型无权代理行为的表见代理构成。The paper gives out the typological analysis on the constitution of agency by estoppels by a project manager′s act typically without agency authority,which is combined with the interpretation on the relevant stipulations set out in Article 49 of current Law of Contract and in Guiding Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Cases of Disputes over Civil and Commercial Contracts under Current Situation issued by Supreme People＇s Court,and is on the basis of the review on the objective formation of appearance of agency authority and goodwill-innocent acts by the counterpart.
