摘  要:采用平板膜膜生物反应器(平板膜MBR)对上海竹园第二污水处理厂的二沉池出水进行中水回用试验。先使用人工配水,以出水氨氮为响应值,通过响应曲面法进行装置优化运行条件的试验设计,得出HRT为1.1 h,CST为9 min,曝气速率为0.77 L/h时,氨氮的去除效果最好。在此参数下运行装置,通入竹园二厂二沉池出水,监测运行期间的水质情况。试验结果表明,在低负荷进水条件下,平板膜MBR对COD、氨氮和总磷的去除率并不高,平均去除率分别为63.56%、79.73%和76.25%,但出水水质优于回用标准,膜污染对装置运行的影响较小。A flat-sheet MBR was used for wastewater reuse by treating secondary sedimentation tank effluent from Zhuyuan No.2 Wastewater Treatment Plant.Flat-sheet MBR was fed with manual wastewater to optimize the operating parameters by using response surface methodology,it was found that removal effect of NH4+-N was the best under the conditions of HRT 1.1 h,CST 9min and air flow 0.77 L/h.MBR plant was operating under the conditions,feeding with secondary sedimentation tank effluent of Zhuyuan,the effluent quality was monitored during the operating period.Results indicated that the efficiency that flat-sheet MBR plant removed COD NH4+-N and TP was not very good,with average efficiency of 63.56%,79.73% and 76.25% respectively.But the effluent quality was better than reuse standard,and the plant operating weakly affected membrane fouling.
