摘 要:通过采集长江武汉段水质样品,利用GC/MS法测定样品中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量,探讨了该河段PAEs的分布特征。结果表明:14种PAEs单个种类检出率达100%,回收率均在50%左右;其中,邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)及邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)三种污染物含量较高,平均浓度分别为1.437μg/L、1.382μg/L及1.284μg/L,进一步验证了在我国地表水中DEHP、DBP及DIBP三种物质含量高可能是一种普遍现象;研究时段长江平水期与枯水期的过渡阶段,正是PAEs含量较高的时期;该江段各采样点受PAEs污染程度基本相同,长江与汉江汇合处PAEs总含量稍高,说明汉江是长江武汉段PAEs的来源之一;同时,分析认为长江武汉段河水中PAEs主要来源于武汉市及周边塑料制品的生产和使用。Water samples were collected in Wuhan Section of Yangtze River to determine the content of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) by GC/MS.Distribution characteristics of PAEs concentration in the section by determining water samples were also studied.Results showed that detection rate of each 14 species PAEs was 100% and yield rate of each single kind of PAEs was about 50%.The concentrations of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP),di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP) and di-iso-butyl phthalate(DIBP) were higher among PAEs species determined,with the concentration of 1.437 μg/L,1.382 μg/L and 1.284 μg/L respectively,which indicated that high level of DEHP,DBP and DIBP concentration in the surface water may be a common phenomenon in China.The study was done in low water period of Yangtze River when concentration of PAEs was the highest.PAEs pollution level of each sample was similar,the concentration of the sample around the intersection of the Yangtze River and Hanjiang River was slightly higher than other samples which indicated that Hanjiang River is a source of PAEs of Wuhan Section of Yangtze River.The study also showed PAEs in Wuhan Section of Yangtze River mainly come from the production and usage of plastic products in Wuhan City and the surroundings.
