三种复方醋酸氯己定洗液抑菌效果的比较

摘　　要：目的比较三种醋酸氯己定洗液抑菌效果,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用定量抑菌试验方法,对此三种醋酸氯己定洗液抑菌效果进行了检测。结果三种复方醋酸氯己定中药洗液的原液作用2 min,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率均为100%;金鸡洗液和康洁阴洗液对白色念珠菌抑菌率达到100%,分别需要作用2 min和5min;日清康洗液对白色念珠菌作用20 min,抑菌率只有81.77%。结论三种复方醋酸氯己定中药洗液对细菌繁殖体具有良好的抑菌效果,但日清康洗液对白色念珠菌抑菌作用较低。Objective To compare the bacteriostatic effect of three kinds of chlorhexidine acetate in order to provide reference for practical application.Methods Suspension quantitative bacteriostatic test was used to observe the bacteriostatic effect of three compound chlorhexidine acetate disinfectants.Results The inhibitory rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to three compound chlorhexidine acetate for 2 min were 100%.The inhibitory rates of Candida albicans exposed to Jinji lotion and Kangyi Kangjiyin lotion for 2 min and 5 min respectively were 100%.The inhibitory rate of Riqingkang lotion for C.albicans were 81.77% exposed for 20 min.Conclusion The three compound disinfectants containing chlorhexidine acetate and chinese drugs have good bacteriostatic effect on bacteria vegetative and the bacteriostatic effect of Riqingkang lotion for C.albicans is relatively weak.
