摘 要:目的研究饮水缓释消毒片制备工艺及其灭活水中噬菌体f2的效果。方法以高分子载体作为控释剂、有效成分二氯海因与辅剂制粒和压片成型,采用悬液定量噬斑法评价噬菌体灭活效果。结果硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇用量对饮水缓释消毒片的缓释效果和崩解时间有影响。制备的饮水缓释消毒片的缓释时间可达5周以上,有效成分可维持在有效浓度范围。将该缓释片投入水体中,使有效氯浓度维持在0.3 mg/L,作用30 min可完全灭活水中噬菌体f2。水体中pH、水温、色度对缓释消毒片灭活水中噬菌体f2的效果没有显著影响。结论本研究工艺条件制备的饮水缓释消毒片持续释放时间长,可有效灭活水中的噬菌体f2。Objective To study the preparation procedure of the slow release-type disinfectant and to evaluate its inactive effect on Escherichia coli bacteriophage f2.Methods The disinfectant was preparaed with single-punch tablet press,with polymer support as controlled release composition and DCDMH as effective components.Its inactive efficiency on Escherichia coli bacteriophage f2 was studied by suspension quantitative germicidal test.Results The concentration of magnesium stearate and polyvinyl alcohol could influence the release effect and dispersion time of the slow release-type disinfectant prepared.The release time of the slow release-type disinfectant we prepared was five weeks and over.Putting the disinfectant into water and keeping the concentration of active chlorine over 0.3 mg/L,the Escherichia coli bacteriophage f2 could be totally inactivated exposed for 30 min.The inactivate efficiency was hardly affected by the water's pH,temperature and chroma we studied.Conclusion The slow release-type disinfectant has a long release time,stable formulation and high sterilized efficiency to E.coli bacteriophage f2 in water.
