医护人员手卫生知识现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解医护人员手卫生相关知识情况。方法通过问卷调查方式,对本医院临床医护人员手卫生相关知识掌握情况进行了调查。结果本次共调查102名医护人员,26.3%的护士能正确回答手卫生概念,医生能正确回答者仅为8.8%。正确掌握洗手方法的护士占82.5%,医生为24.4%。能掌握手消毒原则的护士占40.3%,而医生能正确回答者占55.6%。结论该医院的医护人员对手卫生知识明显欠缺,护士对手卫生知识掌握好于医生,而对手消毒原则掌握则相反。Objective To understand the hand hygiene status among medical workers.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the understanding of hand hygiene in the medical workers.Results 102 workers were investigated.The awareness rate of hand hygiene in the nurses was 26.3%,compared with 8.8% reached in the doctors.The awareness rate of washing hand in nurses was 82.5% and that of doctors was 24.4%.The awareness rate of principles of hand disinfection in nurses was 40.3% and that of doctors was 55.6%.Conclusion The understanding of hand hygiene is inadequate.Nurses do better than doctors while doctors do better in grasping of principles of hand disinfection.
