摘　　要：目的了解西宁市某医院卫生消毒质量,以便改进提高。方法通过现场采样和检测方法,以该医院眼科手术室等为目标进行了消毒质量监测。结果在2010年全年从该医院眼科共采样310份,平均总合格率为95.2%。在各种监测对象中,室内空气卫生质量合格率为94.5%;物体表面卫生合格率为97.9%;医护人员手合格率为96.3%。结论该医院眼科手术室和换药室等场所室内空气及其他监测对象卫生消毒质量合格率较高,对少数合格率较低部位需要有针对性地加强管理。Objective To understand the quality of sanitation and disinfection in a hospital of Xining for improvement.Methods Field sampling and testing methods were used to monitoring the disinfection quality with the ophthalmologic operating room as the target.Results 310 samples were collected from ophthalmology of this hospital in year 2010 and the average qualified rate was 95.2%.Of all the objects monitored the hygiene qualified rate of indoor air was 94.5%,that of object surface was 97.9% and that of staff hand was 96.3%.Conclusion The sanitation and disinfection qualified rates of indoor air and other monitoring subjects of the ophthalmologic operating room and dressing rooms are relatively high.So management should be strengthened targeting at a few places unqualified.
