摘 要:农用挖掘机在出口后往往会被加装各种辅助工具,进行各种工况的复合作业,对其工作装置要求非常严格。在对农用挖掘机典型工况进行分析的基础上,利用PRO/E和ANSYS两种CAE工具软件,建立了农用挖掘机工作装置(动臂、斗杆以及铲斗)的三维模型,并进行了强度和应变分析,为农用挖掘机工作装置的无损检测提供了定位数据,并为其生产和制造提供了改进依据。The export agricultural excavator work in a variety of complex conditions with installed variety of assistant device. It's required the quality of the work device so better. Taking the agricultural excavator working device as an example, the 3D model of working mechanism was established by CAE software PRO/E, then used finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the stiffness, strength of working equipment. The results showed that stress distribution of work device could clearly explain failure cause and the result could be applied as the references for the non-destructive testing on working mechanism. The excavator testing method had been improved and a new approach was provided for similar product test and analysis.
