摘 要:设计了一种农用柴油发动机的燃油分配泵,并对其工作过程进行了分析。通过对燃油分配泵的主要传动部件进行的有限元建模与仿真,得到了分配柱塞、平面凸轮、联轴器、驱动轴的应力及应变云图。仿真结果表明:分配柱塞的最大应力为47.932 MPa,最大应变为7.99×10-9 mm;平面凸轮的最大应力为179.089 MPa,最大应变为2.17×10-8 mm;联轴器的最大应力为0.8405 MPa,最大应变为3.60×10-12 mm;驱动轴的最大应力为0.0684 MPa,最大应变为6.42×10-11 mm。所设计的主要部件能够满足分配泵的工作要求。A kind of fuel distribution pump of agricultural diesel engine was designed and its working process was analysed. The stress and strain nephograms of distribution piston, planar cam, coupling and driving shaft were obtained through finite element modeling and simulation of main transmission components. The simulation results showed that the maximum stress of distribution piston was 47.932 MPa, and its maximum strain was 7.99×10^-9 mm; The maximum stress of planar cam was 179.089 MPa, and its maximum strain was 2.17×10^-8 mm;The maximum stress of coupling was 0.8405 MPa, and its maximum strain was 3.60×10^-12 mm; The maximum stress of driving shaft was 0.0684 MPa, and its maximum strain was 6.42×10^-11 mm. The designed main components can satisfy the working requirement of distribution pump.
