新时期构建和谐警民关系探析

摘　　要：构建和谐警民关系是公安部党委提出的当前和今后一个时期着力抓好的"三项建设"之一,也是公安机关落实科学发展观的重大战略决策。新时期构建和谐警民关系,必须正确认识和谐警民关系的科学内涵,深刻领会其现实意义。然而,警民关系不和谐的掣肘因素依然存在,唯有从宏观上塑造和谐氛围、微观上强化实践锤炼,才能实现警爱民、民拥警、警民一家亲的理想境界。The Ministry of Public Security requires the construction of ＂3-projects＂ with one focusing on the construction of harmonious relations between the public and the police.Such construction is also the important strategic decision to carry out scientific development.The construction of public-police relation in the new era is based on correct understanding of its scientific connotation and practical implication.The factors that hinder the harmonious construction still exist and must be eliminated before the establishment of ideal brotherly relations set up between the public and the police.
