摘  要:冷凝法油气回收系统是采用三级复叠式制冷系统,油气温度通常要降到-160℃方可凝结回收.通过对油气在其安全范围内进行升压,回收系统改为两级复叠制冷,使油气凝结温度可上升至-124℃左右,同时对油气回收系统采用熵方法进行能耗分析,比较得到在可行性范围内的最小能耗.研究表明:改进后的系统不仅简化了装置,而且降低了设备投资和运行成本.At present, the three-cascade-type refrigeration system is usually used to condense the recovered oil, by which the gaseous oil is normally condensed until the temperature reaches - 160 ℃. In the article, the recovery system was improved by adopting two-stage cascade refrigeration through increasing the pressure within its security range. The oil condensed temperature can rise to - 124 ℃ around. The minimum energy consumption of system was achieved in the possible range by using the entropy analysis on the oil recovery system. The improved system can simplify the device and also reduce the investment and operation cost.
