舒康博水凝胶敷料与多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗老年患者浅静脉炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较舒康博水凝胶敷料与多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗药物外渗所致浅静脉炎的效果。方法将80例因药物外渗所致浅静脉炎的老年患者随机分成实验组和对照组各40例。实验组应用舒康博水凝胶敷料治疗，对照组采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的总有效率为100％，对照组的总有效率为85％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=8．7961，P〈0．05）；实验组平均治疗时间为（40．2±4．8）h，对照组平均治疗时间为（63．5±6．4）h，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=5．115，P〈0．05）。结论使用舒康博水凝胶敷料能够更有效治疗药物外渗所致浅静脉炎，值得临床推广。Objective To compare the effects of Shu Kang Bo hydrogel paste and Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream on the treatment of superficial phlebitis caused by drug exosmose. Methods 80 patients with superficial phlebitis caused by drug exosmose were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 40 ） and control group （n = 40）. The experimental group received Shu Kang Bo hydrogel paste, while the control group was treated with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream. The treatment effects of both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 100% and 85%, respectively, and there was significant difference between both groups （X^2 = 8. 7961, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The average time of therapy was （40.2±4.8 ） hours for the experimental groups （ 63.5±6.4 ） hours for the control group, and there was significant difference between them （X^2 = 5.115, P 〈 0, 05 ）. Conchlsions Shu Kang Bo hydrogel paste could effectively treat superficial phlebitis caused by drug exosmose, therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
