摘　　要：近年来,随着辅助生殖医学的开展,多胎妊娠发生率提高。而双胎妊娠非整倍体筛查受母体年龄、双胎自发丢失及绒毛膜性质的影响,情况较复杂。本文就双胎妊娠早孕期非整倍体筛查的现状进行综述。With the development of the assisted reproduces of medicine in recent years, the multiple pregnancy formation rate is enhanced. But the twin pregnancy aneuploid screening is complex for the influence of parent substance age, the twin spontaneous loss and the chorion nature. This article reviewes the present situation of aneuploidy screening during twin pregnancy early gestation period.
