广西平果铝土矿区耕地总量动态平衡研究

摘　　要：本文以广西平果铝土矿区为研究对象,运用耕地总量动态平衡综合指数对矿区的耕地总量情况进行了定量评价,随后分析了影响矿区耕地总量变化的因素及矿区实现耕地总量动态平衡的可行性与潜力,并且主要从土地利用结构调整方面提出了实现矿区耕地总量动态平衡的对策。研究结果可为地方政府制定耕地总量动态平衡实施措施提供科学依据,并有利于平果铝矿区土地资源的可持续开发与利用。This paper evaluated the status of total arable land using Dynamic Equilibrium Composite Index in bauxite region in Pingguo county, and the result was that the total cultivated land changed from bad disequilibrium from 1995--2002 to disequilibrium in 2008. Then the paper analyzed factors which affect total cultivated land in bauxite region and feasibility and potential of dynamic equilibrium of the total arable land, and at last the author put forward countermeasures focused on adjustment programs of land use structure. The result of research would provide a scientific basis on implement measures formulated by local government, and it would be beneficial to the sustainable development and utilization of land resources in bauxite region in Pingguo county.
