摘　　要：三维建模技术是数字城市建设的关键技术之一。本文在对比几种建模技术优缺点的基础上,选择IMA-GIS软件,以山东省滨州市会展中心为例,经过数据准备、提取DEM数据、提取建筑物底图数据、建筑物拉伸、纹理添加等步骤,最终生成AVI格式视频文件,实现了建筑物的三维漫游,完成了三维模型的建立。并就建模过程中出现的有关问题进行了讨论。Three-dimensional modeling is one of the most important technologies in the construction of the digital city. In this paper, the author compared the advantages and disadvantages of several modeling techniques, seleeted IMAGIS software, and also took Convention and Exhibition Center in Binzhou City as the example. After data preparation, DEM data extraction, building base map data eollection, building stretch, texture adding, and other steps, the paper generated AVI format video files at last, achieved the building＇ s three-dimensional roaming, and completed the three-dimensional model. And the author also discussed the modeling issues arose in the process of modeling.
