摘　　要：简述了甲醇蛋白的生产意义、市场情况和生产工艺,介绍了英国ICI工艺,并将生产工艺与经济指标进行对比。以甲醇为原料生产单细胞蛋白,既可以消耗过剩的甲醇产能,又可以缓解我国蛋白饲料长期依赖进口的局面,具有良好的发展前景。The significance of methanol protein production, its market status and production process were introduced. The British ICI process was expounded, and the production process and economic data were compared. It not only consumes surplus methanol, but also eases the dependence on the import of foreign protein feed. Methanol protein has a splendid prospect of development.
