摘　　要：介绍了在蒸氨能力不足的情况下,利用剩余氨水洗氨,降低洗涤塔后煤气含氨量的工艺实践。通过对现有洗涤系统的管线、储槽和换热器进行合理搭接和改造,实现了用剩余氨水吸收焦炉煤气中的氨,从而达到大幅度降低煤气中氨含量,净化煤气的效果。In case the ammonia distillation capacity is insufficient, the surplus ammonia could be utilized for ammo nia cleaning, thus, the ammonia content in the coke oven gas after the washing column could be decreased. After proper hooking up and revamping of the existing piping, tanks and heat exchangers of the washing unit, the surplus ammonia water could be used to absorb ammonia from the coke oven gas, as a result, the ammonia in the coke oven gas could be decreased to a great extent.
