摘 要:【目的】建立广藿香中广藿香酮的高效液相色谱测定法。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法对11批广霍香药材进行广藿香酮含量测定分析。色谱柱为Alltech C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈—体积分数0.4%磷酸溶液(体积比为75∶25);检测波长:310 nm;流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:30℃。【结果】广藿香酮在25~300 ng范围内呈良好线性关系,r=1.0000,平均回收率为100.22%,sR=1.23%(N=6);11批样品中广藿香酮含量在1.351 5~5.713 5 mg/g范围内。【结论】本研究建立的方法简便快速、准确可靠,可用于广藿香含量测定和质量监控。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of pogostone in Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth..Methods HPLC method was applied for the determination of pogostone in 11 batches of Pogostemon cablin.Alltech C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used for the chromatographic column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(V/V,75∶25),detection wavelength was 310 nm,flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and column temperature was set at 30℃.Results The linear regression for pogostone was obtained in the range of 25~300 ng,r=1.000 0,and the average recovery was 100.22% with RSD being 1.23%(N=6).The content of pogostone in 11 batches was in the range of 1.351 5~5.713 5mg/g.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,precise and reliable,and can be used for the content assay and quality control of Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth..
