摘  要:利用SH-Ⅰ型电脱盐试验仪对MPTT原油脱钙剂进行了实验研究,考察剂钙摩尔比、破乳剂加入量、注水量、反应温度、电场场强以及沉降时间对脱钙效果的影响。结果表明:针对辽河及多巴混合原油的性质研制的MPTT型脱钙剂在剂钙比为1.0~1.2、温度为135℃、注水量为6%、破乳剂加入量30μg/g、弱电场场强400 V/cm、强电场场强1 000 V/cm、沉降时间40 min的条件下,钙脱除率大于90%。单因素影响为:增大强/弱电场场强都不利于脱钙反应;适宜的注水量控制在6%,协同作用的破乳剂用量应控制在30μg/g。在强/弱电场场强都较低的情况下,脱钙率较高,说明MPTT型脱钙剂有利于降低电能消耗,降低经济成本。MPTT型脱钙剂具有良好的低温性能,-22℃依然可以保持液体状态。The high-efficiency MPTT type decalcification additive for crude oil was studied in the laboratory by means of the SH-I electric desalter.The impact of agent/metal molar ratio,dosage of demulsifier,dosage of water,reaction temperature,high/low electric-field intensity and residence time on calcium removal was investigated.The results showed that,the removal rate of calcium was over 90% under the conditions of an agent/calcium molar ratio of 1.0-1.2,a dosage of demulsifier of 30 ppm,a dosage of water of 6%,a reaction temperature of 135 ℃,a low electric-field intensity of 400 V/cm,a high electric-field intensity of 1 000 V/cm,a residence time of 40 minutes.To maintain a good calcium removal rate,the water injection should be controlled at 6%,the demulsifier dosage be kept at 30 ppm,and both high/low electric-field intensity be kept at a lower level.MPTT type decalcification additive maintains the liquid state even though at-23 ℃.
