应用双极电凝镊全麻下行扁桃体切除术临床分析

摘　　要：目的:总结双极电凝镊在扁桃体摘除术中的使用技巧,探讨双极电凝镊在扁桃体摘除术中的手术效果。方法:通过比较全麻应用双极电凝镊摘除扁桃体术80例患者与全麻行传统扁桃体摘除术76例患者的手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症、疼痛程度及恢复时间。结果:用双极电凝镊行扁桃体摘除术与传统方法摘除扁桃体相比,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后并发症发生率低,术后疼痛轻。结论:使用双极电凝镊摘除扁桃体手术效果明显优于传统方法。两方法术后恢复时间无统计学差别。Objective：To summarise acrobatic gymnastics and explore the effect of bipolar coagulation forceps in tonsillectomy.Methods：To contrast 80 patients with the tonsillectomy applying the bipolar coagulation forceps under general anaesthesia（TE-bcf） and 76 patients with the traditional tonsillectomy under general anaesthesia（TE-trad）,The surgical duration and intraoperative blood loss were determined.The postoperative complications,postoperative pain scale,and time of returning to a normal diet were also determined..Result：Surgicla time was significantly shorter in the TE-bcf group than in the TE-trad guoup.Intra-operative blood loss was statistically less in the TE-bcf group than in the TE-trad group.The rate of postoperative bleeding was Significantly lower in the TE-bcf group than in the TE-trad group.The postoperative pain was lighter in the TE-bcf group than in the TE-trad group.Conclusion：Applying the bipolar coagulation forceps,TE-bcf offers a beter effect than TE-trad does.
