胚胎多潜能干细胞及硫酸锌治疗糖尿病足

摘　　要：目的:观察胚胎多潜能干细胞及硫酸锌治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将10例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,治疗组6例和对照组4例,均在控制饮食,严格控制血糖稳定基础上采用清创,抗感染,治疗组予胚胎多潜能干细胞及硫酸锌。对照组予硫酸锌。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组为57.1%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胚胎多潜能干细胞及硫酸锌治疗糖尿病足,可有效改善微循环障碍及神经病变,既能促进溃疡愈合又能缩短时间。Objective：to observe how potential of embryonic stem cells and zinc sulfate the clinical efficacy of treatment of diabetic foot.Methods：10 cases of patients with diabetes foot 6 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group 4 cases,are in the diet,strict control on the basis of blood sugar stable debridement,anti-infection,the treatment group to embryonic stem cells and more potential zinc sulfate.The control group to zinc sulfate.Results：the treatment group efficient 90.0%,controls,57.1% in treatment group total effectiveness is obviously higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）;The average wound healing time treatment group is less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：embryonic many potential stem cells and zinc sulfate in the treatment of diabetes foot,which can effectively improve microcirculation and neuropathy,can promote ulcer healing and can shorten the time,worth clinically promotion.
