广东省造口治疗师培养和工作现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省造口治疗师(enterostomal therapist,ET)的培养和工作现状。方法采用自行设计的调查表对广东省41名在职ET的培养和工作现状进行调查。结果 41名造口治疗师中,全职有8名(19.5%),兼职从事造口治疗工作有33名(80.5%);56.1%～61.0%造口治疗师参与全院造口和失禁等护理或指导工作;96.6%～100.0%造口治疗师认为参加科研工作和学术交流对自身发展或本专业是重要的。护士获得ET认证前主要依靠医院培训(24.4%);无论是造口治疗师本人还是委派单位都认为培养造口治疗师对于提高护理业务具有一定的重要性。结论广东省造口治疗师在有效处理造口、伤口失禁患者的问题,尤其在缩短患者平均住院日、减少并发症、降低医疗费用、提高患者生活质量等方面已得到了医生、护士、患者及其家属的认可,开拓了本专科的新领域并推动学科的发展。Objective To investigate the status quo of training stoma therapists of Guangdong province.Method 41 stoma therapists of Guangdong province participated in the investigation of their training and work conditions by a self-designed questionnaire.Results Of all,8 of them were full time,taking up 19.5% and 33 part time,taking up 80.5%.56.1% of them took part in the nursing and instruction of stoma and part in incontinence.96.6% to 100.0% of them believed that participation in scientific research and academic exchanges were essential for self development and 61.0% took professional development.They mainly relied on the hospital training for gaining the ET certificate（24.4%）.Both the stoma therapists together with their contracted hospitals believed stoma training was important for the enhancement of nursing professions.Conclusions The stoma therapists of Guangdong province are professional for treating stoma and incontinence.They gain acknowledgement from doctors,nurses,patients and their families in shortening hospitalization duration,reducing complications,lowering medical expense and improving patient＇s quality of life.
