喜疗妥霜剂预防静脉输注高聚生所致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨喜疗妥霜剂预防静脉输注高聚生所致静脉炎的疗效。方法将60例住院鼻咽癌患者随机分为实验组与对照组各30例。实验组每次静脉输注高聚生前后30min在穿刺点上方沿静脉走向均匀涂抹喜疗妥霜剂,2次/d;对照组每次静脉输注高聚生未采取预防静脉炎措施。5d内观察两组患者静脉炎发生情况。结果实验组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,且程度较轻(均P<0.001)。结论喜疗妥霜剂能有效防治高聚生静脉输注所致静脉炎,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of hirudiod on phlebitis induced by highlyagg lutinative staphy lococcin.Methods 60 inpatients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly allocated into two groups in equal number.Hirudiod cream was applied twice a day on the skin upward along the vein from the punctured spot 30 minutes before and after intravenous infusion of highlyagg lutinative staphy lococcin in the experimental group.The control group received no pertinent prevention against phlebitis.The two groups were compared concerning the incidences of phlebitis within five days.Results Both the incidence and the degree of phlebitis in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（all P 0.001）.Conclusion Hirudiod may effectively prevent phlebitis induced by highlyagg lutinative staphy lococcin.
