摘 要:运用MoldflowMPI软件对电池壳的注塑成理进行仿真,获得流动过程中的流动前沿温度、最人注射压力、注射时间等参数,预测注塑成型质量。通过MPI的浇注系统注塑成型流动模拟结果,得出了浇注系统的合理布局以及合理的工艺参数;同时仿真冷却效果,优化了模具冷却管道设计。根据以上的分析结果,确定了最佳的注射模结构和成碰工艺,从而避免塑件注嗵成型出现的缺陷,为生产优质塑件提供的保障。Using the Moldflow(MPI)software on the battery shell injection molding simulation,the process of flow front temperature ,maximum injection pressure ,injection timing parameters,the quality of injection molding forecast.Through the MPI of Using Moldflow(MPI)software on the battery shell injection molding simulation,the process of flow front temperature ,maximum injection pressure ,injection timing parameters,the quality of injection molding forecast. Through the MPI of the gating system flow injection molding simulation results shows that the rational distribution of gating system and reasonable process parameters; simulation at the same time cooling effect and to optimize the cooling pipe mold design. According to the above results of the analysis to determine the best mode of injection molding process and structure, thus avoiding plastic injection molding of the defects, and the result for the production of high-quality plastic parts to provide reference .
