建设上海港集装箱快速运输通道的建议与设想

摘　　要：分析了上海港集装箱运输的现状。提出了在上海周边建设多个集装箱中转站,中转站与码头之间建设轨道专线的建议。集装箱经中转站就可进入各个码头。外来集卡不进入上海市内,将改善上海市城市环境、交通拥堵和安全状况,提高港口内集装箱装卸自动化程度和运输的安全性。This paper analyzes the status of container transport of Shanghai Port. Then it puts forward suggestions that several transfer station should be constructed around Shanghai, and the special railway should be constructed between the transfer station and terminal. The container could reach each terminal through the transfer station. The container car from outside should not enter Shanghai Municipality. This measure shall perfect the environment, traffic and safety of Shanghai city, and raise automatic level of container handling in the port and the safety of transport.
