摘 要:通过实验室和变电站现场条件下的埋片试验和电解试验等技术,对Q235钢在湖北变电站土壤中的腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明,金属以局部腐蚀为主,pH值和含水量是土壤腐蚀性的关键因素;随着含水量的增加,Q235钢在酸性土壤中的腐蚀速率增加,含水量达到饱和时腐蚀速率最大,土壤含水量达到过饱和时,腐蚀速率仍比较大;Q235钢在酸性多水低盐土壤中的腐蚀性不宜用土壤电阻率判断。The corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in Hubei substations was investigated through weight-loss measurement, potentiodynamic polarization and electrolytic experiments. Results showed that these samples had the characteristics of local corrosion and pH value and water content were the key factors affecting soil corrosion. Q235 steel corrosion rate increased with the increasing of water content and reached a maximum value when the water content of soil is saturated and maintained a higher level when the water content of soil reached super-saturation. The soil resistivity cannot be the criterion of the corrosion rates of Q235 steel in acidic soil with higher water content and lower total salt content.
