摘　　要：随着世界经济缓慢复苏,全球石油需求增长,油气价格大幅上涨,2010年国际大石油公司经营业绩大幅提升。除BP公司因墨西哥湾漏油事件出现亏损以外,埃克森美孚、壳牌、雪佛龙和道达尔4家公司合计净利润为836.25亿美元,同比增长55%。5家公司合计油气产量为1652.5万桶油当量/日,同比增长4.6%,天然气产量增长成为带动油气产量增长的主要因素。多数公司原油加工量和油品销量有所增加,抵消了下游资产重组带来的负面影响。各大石油公司重新审视自身的发展方式,不再过度追求规模扩张和快速发展,更加注重股东价值的长期增长;加大投资力度,进一步提高上游投资比例;积极构建新的油气战略接替,营造下一代核心资产,将资源接替的重点转向非常规油气资源项目;加大资产管理力度,优化资源配置,释放资产潜在价值;有选择地发展新能源和可再生能源业务。With slow recovery of the global economy,theglobal oil demand grew,gas&oil prices rose sharply,the operation performance of international oil companies in 2010 increased dramatically.Except that BP reported a loss due to the oil spill occurred in the Gulf of Mexico,the other four companies,namely Exxon Mobil,Shell,Chevron and Total,reported a total net profit of$83.625 billion with an increase of 55%.The total oil and gas production for five companies reached to 16.525 million bpd with an increase of 4.6%.The natural gas production growth is a main factor to drive the oil and gas production growth.The crude oil processing products and oil product sales of most companies increased,which offset the negative effect from downstream assets reconstruction.Major oil companies re-examine their self-development approaches,don't pursue over-expansion and rapid development,while on the contrary pay more attention on the long-term growth in shareholder values;they increase investment in the increased proportion of upstream investment;a new oil and gas strategy is actively established instead,the next generation of core assets is generated,and the focus for the replaced resources will shift to resources of unconventional oil and gas projects;increase the assets management,optimize the allocation of resources and release the potential value of assets;selectively develop new energies and renewable energies business.
