摘 要:目的分析粉尘、噪声的测量不确定度,保证检测数据质量可靠。方法按照《实验室资质认定工作指南》和《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)的方法,对总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘、噪声检测的不确定度进行分析,得出扩展不确定度。结果测量过程引入的不确定度主要来源有测量的重复性和仪器校准的不确定度,总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘及噪声的扩展不确定度为3.48%、5.78%和1.42dB(A)。结论在职业卫生报告测量结果时,应该同时使用测量不确定度定量地表述测量结果的质量,以便判定是否超标。粉尘测量过程引入的不确定度主要由采样器校准引起,应尽量购买系统误差较小的设备。噪声测量过程引入的不确定度主要由测量重复性引起,需要提高人员操作一致性能力,保证检测结果质量可靠。Objective To analyse the expanded uncertainty of dust and nosie test for ensuring the quality of test data.Methods According to the method which describe in《The Guide of Laboratories Aptitude Cognizance》and《The Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》,To assesset the expanded uncertainty of total dust,inhaled dust and noise measurement.Results The uncertainty of measurement came from the uncertainty of repeatability and instrument calibration.The expanded uncertainty of total dust,inhaled dust and noise measurement,were 3.48%、5.78%and 1.42dB(A).Conclusions When the occupational hygiene results of measurement were reported,uncertainty must be reported in the same time for ensuring the quality of test data and judging over criterion or not.The uccertainty of dust measurement came mainly from dust sampling instrument calibration.The uccertainty of noise measurement came mainly from measurement repeatability.It were advised buying the instruments which have little systemic error for ensuring the quality of test data and enforcing operator's ability of measurement repeatability.
