巨核细胞形态及血小板聚集功能检测在特发性血小板减少性紫癜诊疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究特发性血小板减少性紫瘕（ITP）患者骨髓象中的巨核细胞数量、分类、形态变化，血小板聚集功能在lTP治疗前后的变化。方法骨髓细胞学计数巨核细胞数量、分类，应用血小板聚集试验。检测20名正常人和24例ITP患者治疗前后的血小板聚集活性。结果TTP患者的巨核细胞数量、分类、形态与正常人之间有明显差异；治疗前后血小板聚集活性有明显差异。结论TTP患者的出血倾向与血小板数量、血小板的聚集功能下降有关，治疗后可以通过改善血小板数量和质量，促进血小板的聚集功能，纠正TTP患者的出血倾向。Objective To study the changes of bone marrow megakaryoeyte number, classification, morphology in idiopathic thrombocy topenic purpura （ITP） patients, The changes of platelet aggregation before and after treatment in 1TP patients. Methods Bone marrow megakaryeyte was counted and classified. Platelet aggregation test was applied for testing platele! aggregation activity of 20 normal and 24 ITP cases before and after treatments. Results The number of megakaryocytes, classification, and morphology has significant differences in ITP pa- tients when compared with normal ; there are obvious differences in platelet aggregation activity between before and after treatment. Conclusion The bleeding tendency of ITP patients is related with platelet count and decreased platelet aggregation. Treatment can correct the bleeding ten- dency in ITP patients by improving the platelet count and promoting platelet aggregation.
