摘 要:针对矿井通风装置中,传统的风门系统在进行主扇风机倒机时需要先停风再倒机,常常引起瞬时瓦斯超标的情况,提出了一种新型的风门系统。介绍了该系统的结构、工作原理和现场实际运行情况,其结果证实了这套系统具有优良的操控性和可靠性,符合我国矿井安全生产的需要。Aiming at the ventilation installa-tion for mine,the traditional air door system need to stop machine when switching motor,so it often lead to instantaneous gas overweight.According to this situation,a new kind of air door system has been put forward.This paper has described the structure,the working principle and the practical operating situation on site of this system.The result has proved that the system has excellent handling and reliability which conforms to the needs of safe production in mine of our country.
