摘  要:为了减少电厂用电,提高机组效率,结合北仑电厂百万级超超临界机组的实际情况,提出了锅炉引风机采用回热式背压汽轮机驱动的方案,并对该系统设计进行了详细论述,对工程的技术经济性进行了分析。改造后用电率下降1.2%,机组平均供电煤耗减少1.87g/kW.h,对大型机组的节能减排和火电厂驱动用汽轮机提供了新的思路。In order to reduce power consumption and improve the unit efficiency, combining the actual situation of 1000MW ultra supercritical units in Bei Lun Power Plant, a scheme is proposed that the boiler induced draft fan (IDF) driven by heat regenerative back pressure steam turbine. The design of this system is specified in detail and the technical economy of engineering is also analyzed in this paper. After transformation,the power consumption rate has decreased 1.2% and the average coal consumption rate of power supply of units has reduced 1.87g/kW·h.It has provided a new way of thinking for the energy saving of large unit and steam turbine driven for thermal power plants.
