高效液相色谱法测定六味安消胶囊中5种活性成分的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定六味安消胶囊中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚5个成分含量。方法:采用Agela Venusil XBP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B),进行梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为226 nm。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚进样量分别在0.040～0.800、0.040～0.800、0.040～0.800、0.040～0.800、0.020～0.400μg范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.69%、98.65%、99.82%、97.29%、96.38%,RSD分别为2.08%、1.64%、1.07%、1.78%、2.26%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可同时测定六味安消胶囊中5种活性成分的含量。Objective：To develop a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 5 components aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Liuwei Anxiao Capsules Methods：The Agela Venusil XBP-C18 column（4.6mm × 250mm,5 μm） was adopted with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（A）-0.1% phosphoric acid（B） for gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 226 nm.Results：The sample volume of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in the range of 0.040~0.800,0.040~0.800,0.040~0.800,0.040~0.800,0.020~0.400 μg showed the good linear relationship respectively.The average recovery rates（n=6） were 97.69%,98.65%,99.82%,97.29% and 96.38%,RSD 2.08%,1.64%,1.07%,1.78% and 2.26% respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate,which can simultaneously determine 5 active ingredients in Liuwei Anxiao Capsules.
