摘　　要：综述国内外近年来报道的布洛芬型制剂的研究与开发,介绍若干具代表性的布洛芬剂型,包括片剂、透皮制剂、眼用液体制剂等,为相关制剂的研究提供参考,这些剂型普遍提高了药物生物利用度和用药安全性。The research and development of novel preparations of ibuprofen reported in recent years were reviewed.Several representative preparations of ibuprofen,including tablets,transdermal dosage form and eye drops were introduced to provide reference for the study of related preparations.These dosage forms have generally improved the bioavailability and safety of ibupmfen.
