摘　　要：以山东、河北省为主的5095户农村住房为调查对象,分析了北方寒冷地区住房节能现状及存在的问题。针对住房围护结构热工性能差,取暖设施及能源利用率低等问题,提出一些经济、有效的解决措施和建议,以为农村推广住宅节能工作的进一步推进提供参考。On the basis of the statistical data and sampling survey of 5 095 rural houses in Shandong and Hebei province,the current status and existing problems of rural houses in northern cold areas are pointed out.According to the poor thermal insulation performance of the building envelope,low efficiency of heating facilities and low utilization ratio of energy,some economic and effective transformation measures and suggestions are purposed,which can be the significance to further energy saving works in rural area.
