摘 要:为建立海上油田集输系统仿真流程,以三相分离器为例对油气水分离设备进行仿真。在已知分离器结构尺寸、处理液性质、处理量以及操作条件的基础上,将理论计算法与人工神经网络法相结合,预测三相分离器出口原油含水率;建立油、气、水流量及出口温度数学模型,并利用Matlab与C++Builder语言开发仿真软件。由软件模拟仿真可得到油、气、水流量,出口原油含水率、温度及能流图。经现场应用测试,仿真结果满足工程允许误差要求。利用该仿真软件可快速、高效的得到不同工况下设备出口运行参数及能耗情况,进而优选运行工况,实现集输系统节能降耗,具有一定工程应用价值。To establish the offshore oil field gathering and transportation system simulation flow,the simulation of separation equipment was given by taking the three-phase separator as an example.Based on the structure dimensions,the properties of liquids,the capacity and the operating conditions,the water content was obtained by combining theory calculation with artificial neural network method.The mathematical model of temperature and the flow rate of gas,water and oil were put forward.The simulation software was presented which be programmed using MATLAB and C + + Builder.The simulation results include the water content,the temperature,the energy flow chart and the flow rate of gas,water and oil.According to field tests,the error of result data meets the demand.Applying the model in the simulation of system,the process parameters and the energy consumption can be found rapidly and efficiently.The energy consumption can be reduced by optimizing the process parameter.Therefore,this study has certain engineering application value.
