摘 要:目的:建立同时测定妇炎康片中芍药苷、丹酚酸B及小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,PhenomenexLuna C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(含0.1%磷酸)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长230,265,286 nm。结果:芍药苷的线性范围为0.077 08~0.770 8μg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.87%;丹酚酸B的线性范围为0.1139~1.139μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.31%;小檗碱的线性范围为0.027 8~0.278μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.65%。不同厂家妇炎康片中芍药苷、丹酚酸B、小檗碱的含量差异较大。结论:该方法简便,专属性、重复性好,可作为该制剂中芍药苷、丹酚酸B及小檗碱的含量测定方法。Objective: To establish a method of simultaneous determining effective components in Fuyankang pills.Method: The content of paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and berberine were determined by HPLC.The analytes were separated using a system of acetonitrile-0.04 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,and a linear gradient elution program.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelengths of paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and berberine were 230,286,265 nm,respectively.Result: The HPLC method was found to be sensitive and linear with the range of 0.077 08-0.770 8 μg for paeoniflorin(r=0.999 7),0.113 9-1.139 μg for salvianolic acid B(r=0.999 9),and 0.027 8-0.278 μg for berberine(r=0.999 9),and the average recoveries for paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and berberine were 98.87%,99.31% and 100.65%,respectively.There was great difference in the content of paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and berberine in Fuyankang pills from different manufacturers.Conclusion: The method is simple,specific and reproducible for the determination of paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and berberine in Fuyankang pills by HPLC.
