摘　　要：目的:建立可靠的清热醒脑灵片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,Phenomenex Luna C18(2)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸(58∶42,用三乙胺调节pH 3.0),柱温室温,检测波长280 nm。结果:黄芩苷的线性范围为22.18～110.92 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9,n=5);平均回收率为101.72%(RSD 1.66%,n=9)。结论:方法操作简便,专属性、重复性好,可用于清热醒脑灵片的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for determination of the contens of baicalin in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet.Method：Using HPLC method with Phenomenex Luna C18（2） column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution（58∶42,pH adjusted to 3.0 using triethylamine）.The column temperature was at room temperature.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Result： The linear range of baicalin was 22.18-110.92 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9,n=5）.The average recovery rate was 101.72%（RSD 1.66%,n=9）.Conclusion：The method is selective and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control method of Qingre Xingnaoling tablet.
