摘  要:为解决过去深井、超深井、定向斜井、水平井以及页岩气水平井尾管悬挂固井中,采用旋转倒扣和悬重判别释放尾管所出现的"倒扣失效"和"判别失误"技术难题,开展了液压尾管释放和液压判别技术研究。针对旋转倒扣和悬重判别的技术缺陷,设计并采用了液压锁挂释放尾管和泄压判别尾管脱离的新方法,研制出了新型液压尾管释放控制器:在送入管柱与尾管之间设置了锁挂连接及锁控机构,连同尾管悬挂管柱下入井内,通过井口投球、液压悬挂、加压解锁,使锁挂收缩复位释放尾管;再通过稳压上提管柱使插入管解封泄压,观察管内压力明显下降即可判定尾管释放成功。采用该新型液压尾管释放控制器,在复杂井况的尾管释放作业中不需倒扣,操作简便、安全可靠,可避免以往提前下钻称重的繁琐环节,节约了成本。应用结果表明:该新方法的采用改进了尾管释放技术,达到了提高尾管悬挂固井质量的目的。In liner cementing,backout rotation is often used to release the liner and the suspension weight is used to determine whether the liner has been released already or not.But in the cases of deep wells,ultradeep wells,directional wells,and horizontal wells,backout release often fails and the suspension weight change cannot correctly reflect the release.Therefore,this study is conducted to solve that problem.Based on the analysis of the technical defects of the conventional method,a hydraulic latch type release control system is developed and the release can be identified by the hydraulic pressure change,which is easy to be observed.This system consists of latch device and latch control mechanism,connected between the running string and the liner.It is run in the hole together with the liner hanger.By ball dropping,hydraulic hanging and pressure pumping-up,the latch retracts to release the liner.Then hold the pressure and pull up the string to unset the stinger and release the pressure.If an obvious pressure change is observed,it shows that the liner has been successfully released.This new type of hydraulic liner release controller eliminates the need of backout rotation in complicated wellbores,easy to operate,safe and reliable.And the process of weighting the string during the previous running in becomes unecessary,resulting in cost reduction.This new development improves the liner release process and the liner hanging cementing quality.
