摘　　要：本文以宿迁学院为例,从合理设置专业结构、科学制定发展规划,加强专业内涵建设、提升专业办学水平、加强专业特色建设、提升专业竞争力等方面探索提高新建本科院校专业建设水平的举措。This article take the Suqian institute as an example, from the reasonable establishment specialized structure, the science formulation development project, strengthens the specialized connotation construction, the promotion specialized school level, strengthens specialized aspects and so on characteristic construction, promotion specialized competitive power to explore raises the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities specialized construction level the action.
