摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化是一种以慢性轻度炎症为特征的疾病。脂联素是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的血浆蛋白，具有改善胰岛素敏感性、保护内皮功能、抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。脂联素是目前唯一被证明与心血管疾病呈负相关的一种抗炎因子，本文就脂联素的抗动脉粥样硬化作用作一综述。Atherosclerosis is characterized by mild chronic inflammation. Adiponectin is an abundant protein in blood plasma secreted from adipocyte that can improve insulin sensitivity, protect endothelial cell function, exert anti - inflammatory and anti - atherosclerotic effects and so on. Adiponectin is an anti - inflammatory factor which is negatively correlated with cardiovascular disease. The anti - atherosclerotic effect of adiponectin is reviewed in this paper.
