摘　　要：独立学院作为我国高等教育体系中的一支新生力量,由于办学机制的独特性,使得其在党建工作方面还存在着体制不完善、经验缺失、力量薄弱等一系列问题。因此,要提高独立学院党建工作的效能,提升基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,办出适应独立学院发展的党建工作特色,建构独立学院党建工作的长效机制显得尤为重要和迫切。Independent Colleges of higher education system as a new force, because the school system is unique, making it party-building work in the system, there are still imperfect, experience loss, weakness and other issues. Therefore, to improve the performance of independent college party-building work to enhance the role of grassroots organizations fighting force, to do independent development of the Institute to adapt the work of party building features, construction work of Independent Colleges party building long-term mechanism is particularly important and urgent.
