摘　　要：农地流转是闽台农业合作的重要内容,它关系到闽台农业合作持久性。借助SWOT分析方法对当前合作过程中农地流转的所面临优势、劣势、机遇、威胁加以探讨,并以此为基础提出相应措施以促进闽台农业合作的进一步深化发展。Rural land circulation is an important content of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, and it concerns cooperation permanence. The method of SWOT analysis is used to study on the land circulation faced strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats in the course of the cooperation, and on this basis, put forward suggestions to promote the agricultural cooperation further development between Fujian and Tai wan
