平潭综合实验区公共服务体系的构建研究

摘　　要：经济的发展会促进基本公共服务水平的提高,而更高的经济发展水平也会对公共服务水平有更高的要求。作为两岸交流合作先行先试平台和海峡西岸经济区科学发展先行先试突破点的平潭综合实验区,又应该如何在经济快速发展的同时构建起全面完善的配套公共服务体系?本文从几个方面为平潭综合实验区公共服务体系的构建提供意见与建议,以期抛砖引玉。The economic development will promote the development of public service, and the higher the level of economic development requires a higher level of public services. As the first test platform for cross-strait exchanges and cooperation ,and the channel West Bank economic zone science development pilot breakthrough, how can Pingtan Synthetical Experimental Zone construct its public service system, during the rapid development of the economy？ This paper will give some suggests on this subject from different aspects.
