我院2006～2009年降血脂药应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院降血脂药的使用状况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序和用药频度(DDDs)分析法,对江门市人民医院2006～2009年降血脂药的出库数据进行统计、分析。结果我院2006～2009年降血脂药的销售金额逐年递增;降血脂药占口服心血管药的金额比例呈上升趋势;羟甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制药(他汀类)占降血脂药的金额比例为79.54%～86.70%。结论他汀类是我院应用最广的降血脂药。Objective To analyze the adminstration of blood-lipid lowering drugs and its usage trends in our hospital and to provide a reference for the rational clinic use of the medince. Methods Using the analysis of sorted by consumption and the defined daily doses （DDDs） to statistical analysis of the consumption of anti-hyperlipidemics drugs in 2006-2009. Results The consumption of anti-hyperlipidemics drugs in our hospital increased every year, the proportion of anti-hyperlipidemics to cardiovascular agents in respect of sales volume assumed an increasing tendency, the proportion of HMG-CoA and HMG-CoA Reductase Inhibitor HMG-CoA （Statins） were 79.54%~86.70% in the anti-hyperlipidemics.Conclusion Statins are the most widely used lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital.
